Payment Policy:
For longer stays of more than a week, guests have to settle all outstanding payments on a weekly basis. The lodges will be unable to provide further accommodation prior to settlement of the outstanding amount.

Reservation Policy:
Customers are requested to make advance reservation via telephone or book online to assure room availability. A deposit is required to obtain a confirmed reservation. Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation. Payments can be made via Paytm, Net Banking, UPI and all major debit and credit cards.

a) Before check-in
Full refund (charged only processing fee) will be made for cancellation of rooms up to 24 hours prior to scheduled check in date. For any cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled check-in, the complete booking amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.

b) On the date of check-in
In case of cancellation of a booking after scheduled check-in time or you do not show up at the hotel, the complete booking amount shall be deducted as cancellation/no show charges.

c) Mid-Stay Cancellations
During your stay, in case you decide to shorten your booking before 3 pm, you will be charged for one night. In case you decide to shorten your booking after 3 pm, you will be charged for next two nights. Money for the remaining nights will be refunded.

d) How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking using our website or mobile app. You can also email us at mizoram.tourism2@gmail.com to cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 2 to 4 weeks.

Check In and Check -Out
Normal check in time is 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. For late arrivals, please call the tourist facility for instructions. Check-out is at 12:00 Noon. Early check-in and late check-out is possible on availability and by prior arrangement only. Please call the tourist facility for instructions.
