Inner Line Permit is required for all Non-Mizo individuals and non-Government Officials to enter Mizoram. This requirement is enforced under the provisions of the Bengal East Frontier Regulation, 1873. Prior to entering Mizoram, it is necessary to obtained an Inner Line Permit (ILP) and must be mandatorily applied online vide the link given below. Inner Line Permit (ILP) can be issued by the Resident Commissioners' Office at Mizoram Houses in Kolkata, Silchar, Shillong, Guwahati, New Delhi, Mumbai. FOREIGN TOURISTS
1. All foreigners intending to visit Mizoram are required to obtain Protected Area Permit (PAP) before coming to Mizoram by submitting online application in this https://indianfrro.gov. in/efrro /home website. They can apply for this service only after reaching India. This new formalities comes into effect from 17th December, 2024.

2. After entering Mizoram, they have to register themselves only in online mode at the above mentioned link/website within 24 hours of arrival.

3. All accommodation service providers (including commercial and individual) are required to enter details of these foreigners in the Form C
